Competition Terms

All Thirsty Liquor Tauranga winners must claim their prize within 10 days of winner/s being announced and 3 reasonable attempts have been made to contact them. E.g. Facebook post, Facebook tag, phone or email using the details provided to enter the competition. Otherwise the prize is forfeited and further draw(s) will be conducted.

The winner must pick up in store at 65 Chapel Street Otumoetai, Tauranga.ID must be provided on collection. A photo must be taken for marketing purposes on collection.

Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other products.

Acceptance of prizes is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

Our competitions are governed by the laws of NZ and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook/Instagram or Shopify.
