White Wine | 12% ABV

A drier style, the high proportion of Pinot Noir adds weight, flavour and depth of colour. The Chardonnay creamy notes while the Pinot Meunier gives fruit weight and fleshiess. The biscuity, yeast and toasted nut characters are a legacy of extended maturation in bottle on yeast lees. This Brut Cuvée has a vibrant gold colour with biscuity, yeast and toasted nut characters.
