From Cardona Distillery comes The Falcon, a New Zealand single malt made from a vatting of three casks. Aromas of creamy crème brûlée, ripe stone fruit, a hint of peppery spice, zesty orange peel and a touch of oak varnish. A harmonious mix of smooth caramel and vanilla, complemented by warming allspice. This is beautifully balanced with notes of candied fruit and juicy nectarines. A rich and fulfilling finish, leaving a lasting impression. This 700ml bottle comes in a beautiful oak frame. Bottled at 52% ABV with no added colour or chill-filtration.
