Valknut is the second in the series of three VIKING LEGEND releases. Valknut has intensely balanced flavour – matured predominantly in American oak with a slightly higher percentage of peat. It also uses a small amount of locally grown Tartan barley which adds to its smokier edge. Valknut walks a fine line between the aromatic spiciness of cloves and cracked black pepper, and the patisserie sweetness of toasted vanilla and crème brûlée.
